Ithaca Antique Center Presents...
SHELDON HILL
Vintage Jewelry & Antiques
Ithaca Antique Center owner, Stacey K. Payette, is thrilled to announce the opening of Sheldon Hill, a downtown Ithaca version of the antique center that will specialize in vintage jewelry, hand selected antique furniture, oriental rugs, artwork, and ladies accessories like hand mirrors, dresser sets, compacts, and purses.
Sheldon Hill is located at 115 S. Cayuga Street, the former location of the ever-popular vintage clothing store, Petrune. Petrune is now located on the Ithaca Commons.
Payette, who has been specializing in antique and vintage jewelry for nearly 15 years, is delighted to be opening a store that will have a strong focus on jewelry. "I've been amassing quite a collection of antique and vintage jewelry over the three years I have owned the Ithaca Antique Center," says Payette. "My inventory has just become too large to display in just one location," she added. Payette is planning a downtown store that will speak to the elegance and importance of the jewelry that will be housed there. Payette's believes that every woman who wants a beautiful piece of jewerly should be able to have one. "Vintage jewelry speaks to a wide audience because there's such a variety of styles and price ranges, says Payette. "A woman can purchase a timeless and beautiful look that no other woman in town will have and she won't have to break the bank to get that look", added Payette.
Sheldon Hill Vintage Jewelry & Antiques is scheduled to open December 6th.
